Significant changes in the organization 2015

Due to the integration process and taking advantage of the synergies with Cavali, some changes were performed:

  • In March, the Legal Department was closed and the Legal Department of Cavali was in charge of the service.
  • In April the Human Resources and Processes Management was divided into Human Management area and Process area. At the end of 2015 the Process area was closed and the Cavali Risk Control Management was in charge of the service.
