For the second consecutive year, the Lima Stock Exchange, in its firm pursuit of continuous improvement, successfully ratified the three certifications obtained in 2013: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 27001, Information Security Management System and ISO 22301, Business Continuity System in June, September and October.
This achievement was possible due to the conviction of the Senior Management to opt for this way of standardization and the commitment of all its employees. It is the only stock market in the world and the only company in Peru with three certifications.
The integrated management system has led the organization to focus on the pursuit of customer satisfaction, strengthening knowledge management and the establishment of a culture of continuous improvement. Also, they have established strategies to ensure business continuity against disruptive incidents safeguarding the interests of shareholders, customers and the market. On the other hand, the organization ensures the protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability of their information assets, which generates higher levels of confidence on dealing with sensitive information.
With the implementation of these management systems, the BVL has accomplished the documentation of knowledge, protection of information assets and business continuity, managing their risks properly, implementing controls, thus ensuring the satisfaction of interested parties under the focus of a prevention culture and continuous improvement.
