In 2016, through SGS, a leading certification agency in the field, BVL was able to revalidate its ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications, which demonstrates that quality management systems, information security and business continuity are still valid according to international standards. These management systems, which are part of the culture and processes of the organization, have enabled the BVL to easily adapt to the Comprehensive Risk Management Regulations, which are mandatory for companies regulated by the SMV as from 2017.
Commitment on the part of directors, executives and employees of the BVL is the key factor to maintain and to continuously improve the organization’s management systems focused on a search for Customer Satisfaction,
strengthening of know-how management, the establishment of strategies to ensure continuity in stock exchange trading services against disruptive incidents, a commitment to the protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets and a culture of continuous improvement.
These management systems have contributed favorably to the company and to each of the employees, this being a collective commitment that everyone at the BVL has made for the sake of the organization’s improvement.
